Return Policy

1. Products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of arrival. Please note, free gifts and clearance items are non-returnable.

2. Please do not send it back by yourself. We do not accept returns of products without a return label. Before sending back the products, please contact our customer service first for return address.

 

Return Conditions

1. For products without quality issues, please ensure that the returned products are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and original packaging. All return requests must have our return label attached before being shipped to our return address.

2. For products with quality or size issues, please contact our customer service and provide some clear pictures to show the problem. Once confirmed, we will provide you with a suitable solution or return plan.

3. Before returning an product, please be sure to contact us to obtain a return address. Please do not return your package to any address stated on the shipping label you received your package from, we are not responsible if a package is returned to the wrong address.

4. We will process the refund within 48 hours after receiving your package. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment account you used to pay for your order. Please note that the original shipping fee for orders without quality issues are not refundable.

 

Exchanges Conditions

1. After we confirm the return problem, for orders with size and color differences, we can exchange it for you for free; products returned to the warehouse will send you new products within 3-5 processing days. (Limited to one piece per order).

2. If you need to exchange many pieces, we will need to charge a certain shipping fee based on the quantity. Please understand.

 

Attention:

1. United States: We can support local returns.

2. Canada, Australia, and other countries or regions not mentioned: We do not support returns. Please choose to buy carefully.

3. Before each product is sold, we will strictly inspect it to ensure that the quality is guaranteed.
